A: A Place For Tickets, Inc. accepts all Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, American Express Travellers Cheques, Western Union & Bank Certified Money Orders. Corporate Accounts can be set up on a monthly billing cycle. We do not accept personal checks.
Q: Do you carry all different price ranges and seat locations for sports, theatre and concerts?
A: Yes. For concerts and theatre we carry tickets from the first 10 rows to the balcony seats. For sporting events we carry tickets from courtside, the 50 yard line, or behind home plate to the upper deck, the end zones or the bleachers.

A: Yes, we sell gift certificates starting at $25.00 and up for any event.
Q: Do you handle major events?
A: Yes, we handle everything and anything from the Super Bowl, to the NBA Finals, to the World Series, to the NCAA Final Four, to the Masters Golf Tournament and Olympics.
Q: Can I Pre-order tickets for events?
A: A Place For Tickets, Inc. will gladly take a Pre-Order for any event. Please call us as early as possible to get on a Priority Waiting List. A Pre-order does not guarantee tickets unless a deposit has been made.
Q: How do I know I am dealing with a reputable business?
A: A Place For Tickets is a bonded and licensed Seller of Travel with the State of Florida, Department of Agriculture Registration #36049. All purchases are secured by a Bond that we carry with the State of Florida as part of our Seller of Travel Registration.

A: We can provide you with advance notice of upcoming events via our newsletter. We can also help arrange for travel and hotel accommodations. We can provide you with venue seating charts to help in the selection of your seats and driving directions to the venue.
Q: How do I receive my order?
A: If you are a local customer we will gladly hand deliver your ticket package for a nominal fee. Our Preferred Method of Shipment is via Federal Express to deliver all orders. We also ship via United States Postal Services (USPS) Certified/Return Receipt or Express/Priority Shipping Services. If you have an account with any shipping company, FedEx, UPS, USPS or any others, we will be glad to ship using your account number on your behalf. All orders are shipped to the billing address of your credit card (no exceptions) via your chosen shipping method. All shipments, regardless of shipping method, require a signature at the point of delivery.
Q: How do I know that the tickets are not counterfeit?
A: By purchasing from a licensed ticket broker you can be assured that we have taken the necessary precautions. We verify all of our sources for tickets and only buy from those that are reliable.
